PCDC facilitated two training workshops on ‘How to Raise Voice for More Citizen’s Participation in Local Governance’ for NGOs in Rawlakot and Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The workshops were organized by ‘Women Welfare Organization of Poonch’ (WWOP) in collaboration with Conciliation Resources-London.

Around seventy representatives from fifty prominent NGOs in AJK participated in these workshops.

Its the first time NGOs in the region came together to learn about how improved networking can create opportunities for more civil society influence in local decision making and its implementation.
