We have developed a series of IEC materials on Mother and Child Health (MNCH) for the DFID-funded, Research and Advocacy Fund (RAF) project in Chitral, being implemented by the Aga Khan Foundation (Pakistan).

Ten colorful standees and four flyers have been developed for this MNCH project.

The beautifully designed standees with thought provoking messages in Urdu and English languages were used to mobilize distant communities about importance of timely healthcare for mother and newborn children. Urdu flyers were developed for local population to inform about important findings of the research.

They also had information about location of Community Midwives (CMWs) and benefits of joining the CBSGs.

The English language flyer was targeted towards government officials, experts and academics. It has more technical details and statistics from the research.
